Chances are your cables need a good clean and lube. It's a quick and easy process which is worthwhile doing regularly to keep your bike in shape for the trails.

Jake, one of our Cytech qualified mechanics at our Glentress Peel store, takes you through each step of the process and throws in some expert tips gained from years of experience as a mechanic at the busiest trail centre in the UK.
