Wakestock 2011!

After a weekend of epic riding, fantastic sunshine and huge crowds enjoying action from the worlds top riders battle it out for the title of Wakestock champion.
It was Irish rider David O’Caoimh who took 1st place in the men’s boat competition after a tense final at Pwllheli marina, female ripper Robbie Rendo took the womens title, and Thai rider Padiwat Jaemjam won the Mystic big air competition in front of huge crowds with his backside 5 and method crow mobe. The competition on the Mystic pool gap this year was better than ever with serious prize money up for grabs. US rider Mitch Langfield took the title and UK ripper Ollie Moore won the wakeskate jam.

Mystic warrior Dan Nott didn't manage to win his 5th Wakestock title but did reach the boat finals.

Beside the hardcore wake action a lot of good music was rocking. Performances by Chase and Status and the Wombats were the highlights of the weekend while Sub Focus was pumping it up in the after party's!
